Founded in 1987 by Dr. Robert E. Brooks, RBAC, Inc. develops and licenses Management Decision Support Systems to the Energy industry and state and Federal government agencies involved with Energy, Transportation and the Environment.

Licensees of RBAC's systems include more than 30 medium to large size corporations in natural gas exploration and production, LNG infrastructure development and marketing, natural gas marketing and transportation, electric power generation, natural gas distribution, and commodities trading, as well as the consulting firms which service the energy industry. 

RBAC's principal products are the GPCM® Natural Gas Market Forecasting System, the GPCM Base Case Database for North America and the CQMM™ Coal Quality Market Model.  Currently under development are also the GLNG Global LNG Market Model and a global version of the GPCM Base Case Database.

RBAC's services have also included consulting and development of customized systems for the aerospace and manufacturing industries, as well as federal and state government agencies.

RBAC's staff includes experts in natural gas supply and demand, natural gas marketing and transportation and the emerging global market for LNG.  In addition, RBAC staff and associates have extensive expertise in software engineering, mathematical algorithm development, database design and implementation, mathematical modeling and statistical analysis and estimation.
